When do I no longer have to submit my ACT scores?

I had graduated with my B.S. degree a few years ago and I was interested in attending school to receive a B.S. in another field, possibly social work. Would I have to resubmit my ACT scores again, or would the fact I already graduated from college in the past be enough to let me skip this part? I don't even think I have my old ACT scores anymore.
