How to handle a difficult attention seeking co-worker?

A woman in my office & I are no longer friends after a disasterous vacation together. She craves to be the center of attention. Because I no longer speak with her (I am polite as we still work together) she has now resorted to tattling on me & those I ociate with. She is also very good friends with the supervisor who is so sucked into the kissing she can't see what this woman is doing. Now she has gone to someone other than me to arrange a lunch to "work" it out. I prefer not to waste anymore time on this woman and believe this is another way to get that attention she craves. Do I continue to ignore? Talk to her at the cost of probably giving her what she wants?
