What would you wear with this tube skirt?

I don't like the cropped shirt with the skirt. But, I think a cute form fitting shirt tucked into the skirt would be nice. Also, a blazer would be nice. & black shoes or boots. Maybe a bootie, a military style boot, or black heels with thick straps due to the season.
