The hot water presure hot water pressure declined (bungalow}in the last few months?

pressure was acceptable but has reduced over a period.When recently a new kitchen was fitted the pressure increased but as since fallen back.this would have me to believe that there is trouble in the pipes.I have flushed them out with the cold water system via the washing machine but no improvement,as most of the pressure blows back into the cylinder tank.
