Can you help save 65,000 American jobs in U.S. aerospace?
here is a plan: Put those 65k people to developing a car which is not propelled by petro-chemical substance of any kind, gas, hydrogen, diesel or whatever. Say, an electric car (don't even try to discuss "where the electric power comes from" as it can come from many places, not only nuclear reactors or fossil fuel generators; actually while at it, let those 65,000 people develop alternative electrical energy sources: sterling engine, fusion reactors, windmills, and so on). Then let them develop a quickly rechargable and easily replaced new-gen battery which is inexpensive. Then have the USofA become the world leader yet again due to all the great technology those 65,000 smart people have developed. They are pretty much rocket scientists, I am sure they can make a nice little car. Look at what Tesla company did with much less (and look at how conveniently everything they did so far is ignored by everyone. Imagine if only a fraction of the bailout money that went to a dinosaur such as Chrysler went to Tesla Car Co.).
