Does he or does he not?

I used to have a crush on this kid named Gary, but he payed no attention to me so I got over it. Well a couple of things have happened leaving me not knowing what to think. He sang and danced to me in the hallway, he tapped me on the shoulder to say hi to me when his new seat was behind mine, he played w/ my hair, and he had his hands all over me to draw a smiley face on my back. Does all these flirtations mean something or is he just being his loud obnoxious self?
