What are my parakeets?

The harlequin, otherwise known as a recessive pied is a male, since male recessive pieds have a pink cere throughout thier life, instead of developing a blue cere like other color mutations do. They grey is a female, and even though many people are ignorant to this, having some blue on a budgies cere doesn't always mean male. If there is any white at all, that means the bird is female. the brown you are describing sounds like she's either going in or out of breeding condition.
