My dog won't eat or drink?

She won't eat or drink. The food bowls are shared with our other dogs. She slobbers reallly bad. She's a Maltese. I didn't think they were supposed to slobber this much. I don't know if she's depressed or what? I recently moved in with my boyfriend. He has 3 dogs. What can I do to get her to eat and drink. :/ She also follows me around horribly. I can't even use the restroom or take a shower without her whining at the door.
