How old were you when you started training/breeding?

I feel so "old" sometimes, and inexperienced. Almost every good trainer/handler/breeder of working dogs that I personally know started really working with the dogs when they were early teens... or even younger (or at least started training and mentoring under someone in their early teens)! So how old were you when you really became interested in the work and training you do now with dogs?
