Hi, I'm currently trying to work on the same thing. I've found it relatively easy to find a friend to go to the local gym/YMCA with, and work out and all that fun stuff. You should also try to cut down on bad foods and eat alot of protein, and don't drink alot of soda and stick to water or gatorade or vitamin water, any 'good' drinks. You're 14, so you shouldn't be worried about getting ripped like 50cent. Some good excercises: Push-ups, Crunches, Pull-ups, Bench press, jogging/running on a treadmill.
