Dry Socket medication (the brown stuff) is not working! And Im in pain!?

What is the brown stuff he is giving you, cloves? If not then go to the spice section at the grocery store, buy some cloves, and mush them up and put them in the hole. I had that when I had my wisdom teeth removed and it worked wonders.
