Are overreactive black people overreacting?

A black guy is killed by cops because he drives a car into a bunch of them. It's nothing to do with the fact he's black. Cops are supposed to shoot someone who's endangering the life of a cop or bystander. After the cops get off on manslaughter, all of a sudden, all these black guys march outside the court saying "black people don't get justice" do they care about the guy who was killed, or the fact that he's black? i bet you'll call me racist. not suprised
